In the past week, I have heard and read about there being a lack of motivation, not sleeping well, climate change disasters, vacations being cancelled, and of course, this pandemic that doesn’t seem to end. The result is that this affects our mental well-being, and our motivation as entrepreneurs can take a dip.
So to start the week off with something motivational and fun that we have total control over and that we can all do, let’s play and sing our favourite song and get our motivation and energy back on track. You can do this while commuting, while walking your dog, or if you are working from home, you can do this before turning on your computer.

1. PUT ASIDE EVERYTHING (1 minute)
Give yourself a few minutes of “me” time.
It’s a great way to start your day!

2. FIND YOUR FAVOURITE SONG (1 minute)
This song should be one of your favourites or be a new release.

3. PLAY YOUR SONG (3 minutes)
Sing, dance, smile.

4. REFLECT (1 minute)
Reflect on the impact of music in your life for motivation and energy.
Repeat as often as needed.
