Patrick Huybrechts

Patrick’s journey started when he was working with his father in their family business which specialised in slot machines. He learned the business from the ground up working side by side with café owners and breweries where he developed many skills of which negotiation clearly stood out.

As the café owners needed additional services to run their operations, the family business then added accounting to their services and the café owners were thrilled that they could work with accountants that understood their business model. This allowed Patrick to develop his flair for finance and building relationships with banks and the tax authorities.

From here, real estate was a logical next step and Patrick invested in real estate and developed a portfolio of properties that he manages.

Today, Patrick’s role at Make My Day Group focuses on working with entrepreneurs and companies on mediation and negotiation to address their conflicts and bring solutions. These can include rental contracts re-negotiation, difference between shareholders and outstanding balances due.

Through his career, his motto has always been that negotiation and communication are the key drivers to success.
At the end of the day, when everything is set and done, both parties must feel satisfied with the end results.

His experience is in real estate investment and management, mediation and negotiation.

Patrick is passionate about working with entrepreneurs.
