Shopping Policy

Please read the following general sales conditions carefully before using this site. By using this site, you indicate without limitation or qualification your agreement to the sales conditions for the Make My Day webshop with registered offices at Strijdhoflaan, 38 – 2600 Antwerp – Belgium. If you do not agree with the following sales conditions, do not use this site and do not place any orders.

Offer to Sell

  • The offer for sale of our products is subject to stock availability and is valid worldwide. 
  • Although we take great care in describing and presenting the articles sold as precisely as possible, some errors might occur. In this case, we cannot in any way be considered responsible.
  • The photographs showing the articles have an indicative value in terms of colors and may look different on your computer screen then when you receive it.
  • Any transaction between and its customers not contested within 7 days cannot give rise to any claim.

Placing Your First Order

  • Placing an order with is easy. We do not accept orders by phone or e-mail. All orders must be placed online.
  • Here are the steps you need to follow to place an order.
    • Sign In/Create a New Account
    • Find the Items You Want
    • Add the Items to Your Shopping Cart
    • Proceed to Checkout
    • Enter a Shipping Address
    • Choose a Shipping Method
    • Provide Payment Information
    • Review and Submit Your Order


  • Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item’s product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the price shown at that time. It is also possible that an item’s price may change between the time you place it in your cart and the time you purchase it.
  • Discounts are limited-time offers. Also, as the discount we are able to offer for any item is dependent upon its availability, price will necessarily change on occasion.
  • Our prices are shown and invoiced in Euro. They are guaranteed except in the case of a typographical or printing error.
  • Prices do not include post, packing or import duty charges. Within the context of direct importation of products from Belgium, for countries outside the EU, import taxes may have to be paid to your country’s customs service according to the value of your parcel. Please contact the Customs Department of your country’s postal service for further information.  
  • Invoices should be kept and packing slips enclosed with any article returned for an exchange or a refund.

Item Availability

  • Inventory is only reserved for your order after you click the “Place your order” button and receive an e-mail confirmation that we’ve received your order. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve inventory of that item for you.
  • Popular items sell out quickly. It is possible for you to see a message that an item is available on the product detail page, but discover it is sold out by the time you place your order.
  • Availability Estimate Definitions:
    • In Stock: The item is on hand and we expect to be able to prepare this item for shipment.
    • Temporarily Out of Stock: This item is currently not in stock but it is available for ordering. Estimated delivery date is mention on the product information page.

Paying by Credit Card

  • Cards accepted as payment: Paypal, Visa & Master Card
  • Payment Safety & Security. You can safely enter your entire card number on via our secure server powered by Hipay.
  • Troubleshooting Failed Authorizations and Payment Declines. To protect your security and privacy, your bank cannot provide with information about why your payment was declined. Because of this, you most likely need to contact your bank directly to solve your payment issues.
  • The total cost of the sent articles (including post & packing) will be directly charged to your account on the day of shipment. If an article is sold out, your account will only be debited for the sent items.
  • A €25 fee will be charged on all cancelled orders paid by credit card.
  • Make My Day Group gladly accepts orders from all around the globe.
  • All orders will be shipped once all products are in stock.
  • Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient’s responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
  • We’re sorry, but shipping is not available for P.O. Box addresses.
  • The return shipping charges will be debited from your credit card if your order should be returned to us because you entered a wrong shipping address or if your package is undeliverable.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Tracking Your Package. If you have a tracking or delivery confirmation number, you can track your package by clicking the “track packages” link in Your Account. The shipping method and carrier for your package will be listed in Your Account and in your shipment confirmation e-mail.
  • Returns & Replacements. You may return new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
  • You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.

Packing & Sending Your Return

  • You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps.
  • Pack the items along with the packing slip (the receipt included in the box with your items) securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.
  • Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box with the following address. Make My Day – Strijdhoflaan, 38 – 2600 Antwerpen – Belgium
  • Leave the package for your mail carrier to pick up, or take it to a post office or shipping center.
  • In case of returns and replacement of your products, you will be responsible for paying the postage costs.

Cancellation of an Order

  • At this time, you are not able to cancel your order.  Once your order is sent, it is being processed for the quickest shipping.  Please make sure you want to proceed with your order before confirming your purchase.


Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery with a required signature, an additional cost will be applied, please contact us before choosing this method. 

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
