As many of you know, I’m a stickler for a great customer experience. A memorable experience as a customer will stay with you forever, and you will be sharing this experience with the people around you for a long time. 

I wanted to share a great example of this that happened when I stayed at the Citizen M in London. After friendly chitchat with the staff, the following day, I had this message under my door.

It made me feel appreciated, and it made my day!

Think about the small things you can do for your customers that will make them lifetime customers.
